rtk99 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the rtk99 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between rtk99 and each member ("User") who uses its services. By registering on rtk99 or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. rtk99 is an entertainment-based online casino and sports betting platform operated for adults only. It is your responsibility to inform yourself about the local laws of your own country before using the service.

1 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all services provided under the rtk99 platform, including online casino games, slots, fishing games, bingo, sports betting, and any future services rtk99 may launch. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as these form an integral part of these Terms.

rtk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

21+ To open an account and use the services on rtk99, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. rtk99 may request an identity document or other proof at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using a family member's account, or placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Verification

rtk99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

• If you suspect that your account is being used without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public computer or shared device.
• Never log in by clicking a link received via email or message — use the website address directly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

rtk99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process, though the time may increase if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will be suspended if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until account verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rtk99 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus offers may have a specific time limit, which will be stated in the details of each offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• rtk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme.

6 Gambling & Betting Rules

All gaming activity on rtk99 is conducted in accordance with fair play principles. The platform uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are impartial and unpredictable.

• Once a game result has been determined, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, rtk99 will make a decision in accordance with the relevant policy.
• Betting limits will be displayed in the interface of each game.
• For sports betting, odds may change — verify the latest odds before your bet is confirmed.

6.1 Technical Errors

rtk99 is not liable for losses caused by server outages, connection issues, or other technical failures, though a fair resolution will be attempted. rtk99 reserves the right to void winnings derived from software bugs or incorrectly displayed odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Manipulating or attempting to gain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Attempting to access or hack any software or system of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Coordinating bets with other users (collusion).
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted country or region.
• Impersonating an rtk99 employee or representative.

8 Responsible Gaming

rtk99 believes in responsible gaming and encourages users to maintain healthy gaming habits. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income. If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, contact our support team immediately.

• You may access the platform for personal use.
• Reuse of any content for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rtk99 will not be liable for any loss arising from the following:

• Internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Issues with third-party services or payment gateways.
• Service interruptions due to unplanned maintenance or upgrades.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access or a user's own security failure.
• Financial loss resulting from gambling outcomes.

rtk99's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, you are asked to first attempt to resolve it through our support team. We take all complaints seriously and commit to resolving them promptly and fairly.

12.1 Complaint Submission Process

12.2 Final Decision

rtk99's decision shall be considered final in any dispute, though legally applicable rights remain reserved. Game logs and server records will serve as the primary evidence in dispute resolution.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the request is processed.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by rtk99

rtk99 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.
• Extended inactivity (which will be communicated separately).

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned through the appropriate process, except in cases of fraud.

14 Changes to Terms and Conditions

rtk99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified by email or on the platform in the case of important changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended to check this page regularly.
